Timothy Goshert, this year’s keynote speaker, is a Worldwide Reliability and Maintenance Manager with Cargill. He brings 28 years of working experience to the 2008 event, with extensive expertise in plant operations management, project engineering, and construction management.

Cargill, Inc., is one of the world’s largest food and agricultural processing companies with over 1,000 processing facilities globally. Mr. Goshert is currently responsible for the company’s Worldwide reliability and Maintenance Steering Committee. These responsibilities include, educating and leading Cargill’s business units for the company’s maintenance and reliability visions, strategies, and tactics.
