Bio:  Dean Stephens, Engineering Technologist, Bretech Engineering Ltd. 
Dean Stephens (pronounced Stevens) is an engineering technologist with 13 years industrial experience in quality inspection, non-destructive testing, industrial manufacturing, mechanical design, mining maintenance, machine diagnostics and condition monitoring.  Dean is from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan in Canada where he works for Bretech Engineering Ltd.  Bretech is nearing 25 years of service specializing in non-destructive testing, advanced machine vibration diagnostics, In-Situ Roll balancing, condition monitoring and engineering design.  Their portfolio includes servicing oil and gas, pulp and paper, power generation, mining and production plants of all kinds.
