With over 30 years in manufacturing—spanning printing, packaging, heavy industry, and FMCG—Simon brings deep expertise in reliability and maintenance. Starting as a mechanical apprentice, he climbed the ranks to his current role as Head of Asset Reliability at Mondelēz Europe. Known for transforming underperforming plants, his strong financial acumen ensures reliability strategies align with business goals and gain stakeholder support.

James Sylvester, Director of JPS Reliability Ltd, has 34 years of experience, combining 10 years as a Journeyman Fitter Turner with 24 years in condition monitoring and reliability. A member of Engineers Australia, BINDT, and the Engineering Council UK, he holds advanced certifications in vibration analysis, thermography, ultrasound, and lubrication management. James is a hands-on mentor, trainer, and published author.

With 24 years of experience as a Reliability Engineer, Vinny Hall has held key roles across the Food, Beverage, and pharmaceutical industries. Currently, Vinny is the Global Reliability SME, supporting engineering teams worldwide to drive performance, efficiency, and reliability across the organization.

Christopher is an accomplished expert in predictive maintenance and ultrasound technology, currently serving as Operations Manager for North Europe and South Africa at UE Systems. With over two decades of experience spanning military and industrial sectors, he is committed to advancing engineering practices and supporting the implementation of reliability and energy efficiency initiatives across industries.

Jade champions RecondOil UK for SKF UK Ltd, offering technical and commercial support for the innovative RecondOil oil reconditioning system. With a background in lubricant blending, Jade spent 4 years in research and development, followed by over 7 years in lubricant reliability, managing an oil analysis lab, providing consultancy, and leading accredited training. Now at SKF UK Ltd, she serves as the Lubrication Trainer and technical support expert, with a strong passion for RecondOil applications.

Currently serving as FLIR's Key Account Technical Sales for the UK & Ireland, Jason is an experienced thermographer, holding an ITC Level 3 certification. With 25 years in technical sales and support, primarily focused on Test & Measurement equipment, and 12 years as a GEC-trained electrical switchgear engineer in industrial manufacturing, Jason brings a wealth of expertise to the table.

Luke began his career in maintenance as a Weapons Engineer in the British Armed Forces, where he developed a strong foundation in technical expertise and problem-solving. After transitioning from the military, he joined Amazon in the UK, where he pursued a career in Reliability Maintenance Engineering. Over the years, Luke has become an integral part of Amazon’s Maintenance Strategy, with a particular focus on Condition Monitoring Programs across the globe. His deep knowledge and commitment to operational excellence have positioned him as a key player in optimizing maintenance processes and driving global reliability initiatives.
