2.5일 및 2일 교육
이러한 교육은 실제 실습 경험에 중점을 두고 귀사 시설에서 이루어지며 귀사의 초음파 프로그램을 크게 향상할 것입니다. 트레이너는 귀사와 협력하여 귀사의 요구 사항을 결정하고 경로 생성, 기준선 수집, 하드웨어 및 소프트웨어 기능 이해와 같은 작업을 지원합니다. 2.5일 교육과 2일 교육의 두 가지 옵션을 제공합니다.
현장 2.5일 또는 2일차구현 교육에 대한 기준으로 ISO:18436-8 및 18436-3에 명시된 지침을 사용하여 UE Systems는 귀하의 시설에서 초음파 프로그램을 시작할 수 있도록 맞춤 제작된 구현 과정을 제공하게 된 것을 자랑스럽게 생각합니다.

- Ultraprobe 작동 학습 및 실습
- Ultratrend DMS 소프트웨어 사용
- 올바른 데이터 수집 기술 학습 및 실습
- 테스트 지점 그룹 설정
- Ultraprobe에 각 지점 업로드
- "파일럿" 그룹에 대한 기준 판독값 설정
- DMS에서 파일럿 그룹 다운로드 및 구성
- 파일럿 그룹의 사운드 파일 녹음 및 저장
- 올바른 데이터 수집 기술 연습
- Spectralyzer 소프트웨어 사용
- 사운드 파일 보기 및 가져오기
- 데이터베이스 생성, 기준 및 후속 읽기, 정보를 DMS로 다운로드 및 보고서 생성
