Where are you from and what did you study in school?
Aalekh: I was born in Korba Chhattisgarh India, and my field of study was Mechanical Engineering
What do you like to do in your free time?
Aalekh: I like to cook food and Play Video Games with my brother and friends in my free time
What jobs did you have before working with UE Systems?
Aalekh: Before UE Systems, I was Working under a Service Contract, in which I came across to learn more about the wonderful Ultrasound Technology and its industrial applications. Steam Trap and Valves inspection
What was your first impression of the maintenance & reliability community?
Aalekh: Maintenance is like a part of the life cycle where we need to have proper food and liquid as routine maintenance of our body. The reliability community is supporting the life cycle by bringing suggestions and solutions to problems. In human life like a doctor, teacher, etc
What’s surprised you most about what you could do with ultrasound technology?
Aalekh: Airborne and structure-borne Ultrasound technology make it possible to hear High-frequency sound, which is beyond our hearing capability.
Multiple Plant 5 application with a single instrument is unique thing.
If you could snap your fingers and become an expert in something, what would it be?
Aalekh: Ultrasound technology Expert
Post-Covid, what’s a destination you hope to get to?
Aalekh: Have a healthy and wealthy life ahead and be adaptive to accept the changes and think positive

Aalekh: With my family and Mr. Manohar Chidurala (UE Systems IMENA Director). They have supported me at every stage of my life, personal and professional, and guided me to enhance my knowledge and career at UE Systems
What’s your best childhood memory?
Aalekh: My best childhood memory is with My Grand Father Late Shiv Shaker Bhargava, who treated me as a good friend, and motivated me to achieve more
What is the best piece of advice you have received?
Aalekh: Never stop learning. Learn from your failures.
